A complete WordPress-based management system for a local pharmacy — inventory, sales, payments, and customer tracking, all in one place.
The pharmacy was tracking inventory and sales manually — paper ledgers were error-prone, keeping track of customer dues was becoming difficult, and there was no system for tracking partial payments. The team also needed an interface that worked in both Bengali and English.
We built a custom WordPress theme and plugin with 8 separate modules — inventory management, sales, customer profiles (with photos), partial payment tracking, daily due-balance reports, and more. The entire interface uses a Neumorphism design style for a modern, easy-to-use feel. A Bengali/English toggle was added so any staff member can use it easily. Mobile usability issues were identified and fixed separately.
The pharmacy now tracks daily sales, dues, and inventory digitally — reliance on paper records has dropped. Customer photo profiles have reduced confusion around dues, and the daily due-balance report lets the owner see, at a glance, who owes what each day.
